We were initially contacted by the movers and were told they could not complete the job on the day it was scheduled. They offered to reschedule for a different date. After rescheduling, we attempted to contact the moving company over a dozen times to schedule the drop-off and packing of our Uhaul Boxes, but never received a return call from the movers. No one from the moving service contacted us again. We were forced to pick up the Uhaul boxes ourselves, and we had to contract a different packing service independently. Our original moving timeline was pushed back because of this.
