• Sorry, I couldn’t get their name correctly who helped us in our move. They were very good at work and took real care of our stuff. They made our move easy. They were very punctual and completed the work exceptionally well.

  Thank you for sharing your feedback. After reviewing the details, it appears our movers acted appropriately and followed procedure throughout your move. The delays arose mainly from items that required disassembly and limited truck space, which were factors outside their control. Our team worked continuously within the booked time and communicated the need for additional hours per policy. We understand moving can be stressful, but based on our review, the crew handled the job professionally and fairly.

• I ended up having to leave a lot of furniture behind because they didn’t communicate what furniture would need to be broken down until the end, when all of it was still in my apartment. And although the truck was only 12ft, the method of packing furniture last was not wise. Also, even allowing time to move things around, the two movers took many breaks. Often, we would be sitting for 20 minutes or more with no sign of them. We even went down to the truck a few times and didn’t see any sign of them. Towards the end we were bringing the furniture down ourselves because of it. My one bed apartment took 4 hours and they didn’t even finish the job. At the end they asked me to pay them directly for extra hours (through venmo or zelle) instead of through U-Haul. When I expressed concerns they called their manager and misrepresented the circumstances, as if I didn’t want to pay at all. The whole experience felt closer to a scam to charge extra the hours and I was very disappointed overall.

• My moving team was, simply put, amazing! From Sam’s responsiveness during the coordination stage, to Othy and Said’s efficiency the day of, it was a great experience. Everyone was incredibly respectful, and so easy-going. They were quick with the load and unload, and did a great job of tetris-ing my boxes and furniture both on the truck and at the final destination. As an anxious person on the best of days, they made the move feel almost effortless (nearly impossible for my brain.) I would absolutely book with these folks again!
