    Helpers that were scheduled for our house were very efficient and helpful. There was a new crew member who was trying to assist but had to be shown how to do or lift a lot of things. The only issue with the onsite staff was that they did not put items in the proper rooms, which took more time to sort out on the back end. The main issue that we experienced was with the manager who accidentally sent an extra crew member and called to either say he needed to leave or could we tip him extra to make the time worth it. We were also asked to not submit a review unless it was for 5 stars. To me that is misleading future customers and I don't feel that it's fair to represent a business that way.
