• I wish they were more professional. I booked the service from moving pros for loading a truck. Josh called me and we decided a date and a time to meet and load it. On the day of loading I call Josh to confirm he is coming and he changes the plan. And now I have to wait for him to get back to me and tell me when he will arrive and have to change my plans to pick up the truck just bcoz he booked another customer right before me on the last minute. Once he arrived with his buddy who was helpful. First he broke one of my drawers and started blaming for it. Second, when I unloaded stuff at my final destination with other movers, there were a lot of scratches, cracks and chips on my furniture. He kept on boosting how long he has been in this business, though his behavior and tactics say otherwise. He seemed like he was in a rush, as he finished the job 30 mins early. If you want your boxes thrown around, furniture shoved and are looking for a quick move, hire moving pros.
