Movers did not answer my calls texts or email. They did not show up. Had to hire somebody else last minute. Please refund.

I am not shore what happened , I will give them the benefit of the doubt, but I did not get a call or a text back after I placed the order , I was expecting at lease a text that they weren’t available, so I can get some one else. I ended up moving the furniture by our self just to make our dead line .
