  Absolutely terrible and I'm sure how they got to be top rated. Started off 1hr 45mins late, almost canceled because of rain that stopped 20 minutes later. They helped me load a 26' truck from a storage unit and into a 1-story house. When I initially loaded my storage unit from a 26' truck, not everything fit in the unit. When MG moving packed my 26' truck, not everything fit once again. There was visibly more space, they just packed it poorly. Frequent breaks, damage to my furniture and boxes, my mattress had footprints on it, they left trash in my driveway, were loud and unprofessional. They also used my bathroom for more than a #1... I am not exaggerating at all - they were terrible and I do not recommend. They knew they sucked too as they did not even hint at tipping and left as soon as possible. Last thing - they broke the seal on the dolly, so I had to pay for that. Didn't use it the whole time until the end because they were DESPERATE to leave.

  We had to delay the unloading process a day making us late on our uhaul return due to the movers getting a flat tire on the way to us and then not being allowed onto the military base. Rick communicated with us the whole time, but overall it was a very frustrating experience. The movers that were sent the next day were helpful and quick. We were offered a discount to make up for the lost time which I am appreciative of.
