• The two professionals that arrived to help unpack my truck to a storage unit - Michael & Bonito (?) were personable, thoughtful, and efficient. They went out of their way to make sure my belongings were packed with care. Moving this way sure beats bribing friends with pizza to help you move! Fast, friendly, and DONE! YAY!

• They provided great communication in the buildup to the move. They were very helpful and always responded to my emails and phone calls. The movers were punctual and professional. They were quick, and very kind. They were very careful with my stuff. I will definitely recommend them to anyone else looking to move.

• They make you pay up front, which I assumed was a down deposit for estimated work required to complete the job, but it turns out the upfront payment is what you’re paying regardless of how much actual work is done. I requested and paid for 3 movers for 2 hours and received a call 15 minutes before they were supposed to show up informing me that there would only be 2 movers but we could go up to 3 hours if needed. I said I didn’t think it would take that long, but had hired 3 movers just in case some of the furniture was too heavy. I offered to help the movers if need be and said that sending just 2 guys would be okay. It took us an hour to get everything done. After the work had been done I reached back out to Sandra, the administrative assistant who had contacted me earlier, to request a a refund of the difference. I was told that it’s in the contract that there are no refunds. I asked if the guys could get sent back out to at least help with another hour or two of unloading so that
