  • I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with this moving company. When the movers arrived, there was a strong odor of marijuana coming from them, which immediately made me uncomfortable. During the move, one of the movers attempted to readjust the U-Haul and ended up hitting the building, causing damage to the property. What made the situation even worse is that they never informed me about the damage. A witness actually had to go outside, tell the mover that he needed to notify me, and tell him to contact the building owner. Even after that, no one from the moving crew took responsibility or brought it to my attention directly. I tried to handle the matter professionally and gave the company an opportunity to resolve the issue. I asked them to take accountability for the mover’s actions and pay for the damage that was caused. Instead, the issue has been ignored, and the company eventually stopped responding to my emails altogether. I have an incident report, photograph

    The only thing factual in this review is that we repositioned your truck, we pulled it forward away from the building and 2 weeks later you contacted us claiming the damage. After I pointed out to you that we pulled the truck forward and never backed it up you started making false claims about the crew smelling of Marijuana and working slowly. We were initially going to assist with the repairs just for customer satisfaction. however you sent us two hyperinflated invoices from two companies that appear to not have any previous experience and gutters or Roofing.

  • They were ok. Patrick was nice. They forgot several heavy items that I had pointed out to bring, and I had to go move them myself later.

    Hello, i'm sorry you weren't fully satisfied and I wasn't aware of any other large items you had. We alluded everything we could fit into your 15 ft truck and you had two TVs you did not want placed in the truck as well as a couple planter stands there wasn't room for at the end
