The 1st time I used Helping Hands in March, the service was great. The gentlemen used care when handling my property. However, this time around, w different movers, I did not receive the same service. Although the men worked long hours to help w my move, it was due to taking breaks in excess of what is the norm. I jumped in to help the movers to keep things moving and found that on multiple occasions to be the only one moving items and then finding the young men scrolling through their phones. In addition, I provided moving blankets, mattress covers and wrapping plastic to be used for my items but found that the movers would remove these items or choose not to use them to make it easier to grip and move my items. This resulted in a lot of scratches and dings to my items. This is the most scratches I've seen on my items from one move, and I have moved many times. I brought the timing issue to the agent over the customer service phone line, and the young man was able to help w a disc
