Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
The two guys sent were extremely helpful and efficient. Loaded all of our stuff well within the paid timeframe and ensured everything was packed smartly and secure as possible. They were friendly and professional. Would recommend!
Overall great experience. a few minor issues. They called and said they were waiting for 10 mins (if that was the case, they should have called when they got there). Very efficient packers and packed up my truck to the brim. One of them ripped my mattress bag and told me immediately (no big deal since he told me right away) but they did break a piece of my furniture and didn’t tell me so I found it when I was unloading. One of the guys was also a little snippy regarding when they would finish even though they didn’t start the job until 20-30 mins after the actual start time. Overall great move and would hire them again.
Leo and Milton were great!!! Very professional and kind they arrived on time and were very patient. Will recommend and use again!
