I have a Swagman XC2 bike carrier. The bike wheels sit in "hoops" and is locked into place - unlike a "hanging" carrier - which suspends/hangs the bike. The Bike cover was made for the hanging carrier - not the XC2. This was not clear from the description, which said only: "For RV or trailer-mounted hitches". I hope to make it fit, because I found no other choices.
