Package was received in good order (no damage, all parts included). Rack was easy to assemble and mount. Have yet to use but unit seems sturdy and well-built. Also liked the free shipping.

Set up was easy and I just tested it once by driving with the bikes attached. If you have bikes that are not standard size bar thickness it is better to get an adaptor. The wrench size in set up manual was not the right one.

I lost the instructions to use this. I may have misplaced some of the screws. Any chance that you can send a manual. Also do you sell replacement parts (screws etc.)

Work with 78280 hitch?

Hitch 78280 has a 2" receiver. Bike rack SR2404 fits hitches with a 2" or a 1.25" receiver. So yes, this rack will work with this hitch.

Our hitch pro writes: "SR2404 will work with U-Haul hitch 78197. Please note that all non-trailer loads applied to this product must be supported by 18050 stabilizing straps."
