Great, sturdy rack. Wobbles a bit in the hitch, but when the bikes are on it and driving (we've taken it only as fast as 40moh for now) it feels strong and sturdy. Great price point. Tilts out of the way for our vans liftgate to open. I do wish the back arm (that holds the bikes) would fold out of the way, but it's fine for our purposes. Thanks U-haul!

Hello, What is the return policy on Bike Racks ? Since it is not in the store, and cannot be tried out on our car, is it possible to return the Bike Rack to one of U-Hail locations ?

Hello, JC! The rack does require an anti-wobble pin which may make this difficult. Using a ratchet and socket makes this a breeze. I hope that is helpful!
