Does U-Haul sell this model?

–Juan 3/26/2024 3:25:20 PM

Hi Juan. We do sell this item. If I could assist any further, please let us know.

–Kristy 4/2/2024 12:52:35 PM

to carry 2 e-bikes, at 50lb each. It says 90lb max. but, will it hold? Unless I take the battery out. please let me know. thank you

–Nikki 7/16/2023 10:21:02 AM

We do not suggest going over the recommended weight limitations of the product.

–Christopher 7/17/2023 12:29:43 PM

What is the lateral distance between the two bikes? In other words, how far apart are the two bikes when on this bike rack? I need to hold a short wheel base recumbent bike with underseat steering and one regular bike. Because the recumbent handlebars are low they hit the frame of the other bike. So I need the bikes to be about 15 or 16 inches apart

–Paul Gittelsohn 6/10/2023 8:04:06 AM

We would have you reach out to Reese. Unfortunately, I am not able to locate that specific spec.

–Kristy 6/15/2023 11:13:08 AM

Return policy what are my rights

–David Esparza 5/24/2023 1:14:38 PM

Hi David! You can make a return if the item has not been tampered with/or has not been installed. Also, if the item arrives defective. I hope that helps.

–Kristy 5/25/2023 10:37:57 AM

Does the rack fold down 90-deg, or does it just tilt a little?

–Mike 5/19/2023 1:21:16 PM

Hi Mike! These do not tilt 90'.

–Kristy 5/22/2023 12:23:59 PM

I apologize for the question. I have one ebike that weighs 60 lbs alone. The 2nd is a carbon road bike weighing less than 8 lbs. I know that combined they are less than the 90 lbs but my question is whether it is recommended to use it with one bike being that much heavier than the 2nd or should I look for another model?

–Anil 5/5/2023 10:18:40 PM

Hi Anil. That is perfectly okay. As long as you don't exceed the 90LBS. I hope that helps.

–Kristy 5/10/2023 7:24:46 AM

Can I get parts for this rack the shims on sliding adjustments have all fallen out. Great rack but useless without the shims

–David E Waugh 4/22/2023 11:40:56 AM

Hi David. You would have to go through the manufacturer to get those parts. I am sorry about that.

–Kristy 4/24/2023 11:50:52 AM

How do you mount a step through bike to this rack? A step through doesn’t have the top bar for the hook.

–Harlow 3/8/2023 3:08:28 PM

Hi Harlow! The platform design holds bikes in the upright position. The support tube with adjustable padded hooks support bikes by the frame. Rear wheels are secured with hook and loop straps. The rise shank provides greater ground clearance. The support tube folds down when not in use. Versatile design fits 1 1/4 In. and 2 In. receivers Weight capacity is 90 lbs. I hope that helps.
