Will it work with a woman's bike that does not have a center bar?

Hey Ed, we carry 2 SportRack bike racks that can carry up to 4 bikes.
The SportRack 4 Bike Towable Hitch Rack includes a hitch ball mount so you can continue to tow another 2,000 pounds while transporting your bikes.
Then we also have the SportRack 4 Bike Anti Sway Hitch Rack that includes Anti-Sway soft rubber cradles that prevent bike to bike contact and holds bikes securely.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THIS ONE AND THE LOCKING PLATFORM MODEL
"SR2901 and SR2901LR are identical in specs, the differences are how the bike frame hooks are secured to the bike frame. SR2901 is a non locking arm hook, when hooked to the bike frame simply tighten the hand wheel. The SR2901 uses a keyed lock instead of the hand wheel for added security."
it says a carry weight of 90# is that for one bike or 2, our bikes weight 50 #each

Is this rack fits Toyota tab 4 model with spare tire that is in back?
Our hitch pro writes: The SR2901 will work on your Rav4, however, to ensure a proper fit on vehicles equipped with a rear door mount spare tire, a measurement from the hitch pin hole to the outer edge of the spare tire is recommended. The distance from the SR2901 hitch pin hole to the upright bar is approximately 19 inches.
Will this back rack fit a 850 GLT 1996 Volvo Wagon. I cannot use a hitch mount rack I am towing a trailer.
