The kit features three box divider inserts that separate the Dish Barrel® Box into compartments to isolate and protect your items. The cardboard cell dividers are adjustable for packing larger items, like plates, bowls, stemware, pots and pans, and more. The Cell Kit is designed to fit in the Dish Barrel® Box (sold separately) to provide maximum protection and make packing and moving dishes and glasses easier. There are 48 cell's per kit. Depending on the size, you could get 12 secure with this kit. If they are smaller, then even more.
What are the individual cell dimensions
Hi Julia! Each cell is 4 1/8 x 3 ¼. The full height of the cell is 12” between the layers, but the actual fully protected cell is 7 ¼” tall. (The LG partitions are 12” tall and the SM partitions that go inside are only 7 ¼” tall.) I hope that helps.

Will these work for quart size mason jars?

Quart size mason jars will likely fit in the top layer of the cell kit, but not in the lower layer since the cells are smaller (Top two levels measure 4.25" x 4.25" x 6.5", bottom level measures 3.25" x 3.25" x 12"). You could also consider our Glass Pack Kit, which contains 18 cells that are 4” x 4” x 11” each. I hope that is helpful!

We recommend the Glass Pack Kit.
Depending on the size of the saucers a couple of dividers may need to be removed. If they are large cups and saucers a Dish Saver Kit may be able to be utilized.
If I'm using this for dishes and glasses, is it better to put the glasses on the bottom layer or the top layer?
