Sometimes they come cracked. Packaging needs to be stronger.

Packing needs to be more so the tumblers don't crack during shipping.

I had trouble with this item, first time came broke I re-ordered it, and came again broken. I figured it out and to replace the parts and make a "new one". I hardly recommend using more bubble paper to protect the product or used fragile stickers on this item since is easily to broke. But either way I will recommend this product because I am very happy with it.

The tumbler is nice, and I like the screw on top. The only thing I was a bit disappointed with was how faint the U-Haul logo is barely shown.
