Great customer service. Once I sent them an email
about the defective product, they sent me a replacement
right away! Would have been 5 stars except for the quality

Is it 6 foot when laid out straight or 6 foot diameter? Is it adjustable?
It is 6’ in length. Yes, they can adjust the diameter (it is not 6’ in diameter), but not the length.
