Easy to install - I can't comment on how it works as I haven't had opportunity to use it yet either.

This connector was far superior to the one i was replacing, that plugged in behind the taillights. It was easy to install just removed one access panel on inside of van and plugged it in, and there was a stud right there to ground it. All the wiring tucked out of the way inside the vehicle.
