I have not received this item yet. You said it was shipped, but the tracking number was not valid and no one in your shipping department has been able to help me. i have written one email, had three chats and I initiated one phone call, but still, no one knows what has happened to this item. I still don't have it.

I never received the product. I am trying to call U-Haul, I spent over 3 hours in 2 phone calls and ... nobody picked my call. I was marked as "delivered", I got all other parts, but not this one. Customer Service needs improvement.

This was included in the hitch package for my 2024 Outback Wilderness; however that year model is not listed in the product description. I wish to confirm that this will indeed work for the described vehicle.
