will this fit on a 2005 Subaru forrester+
5801600 are designed for use with 2" class III/ IV receiver style hitches. Please visit your local U-Haul hitch center for a free hitch inspection and to discuss the best transporter solution to fit your vehicle.
I would like to know if it is for wheelchairs only or i can put baggage to like for example 6 bags of 50 pounds on it?
The 5801600 has open spaces between the side rail frame that may allow smaller bags to fall out during a trip.
For your example, please see the M2200 Carpod Carrier. The Carpod Carrier is perfect for carrying a variety of shapes, sizes and weights.
Can the appropriate hitch and this lift be installed on a 2003 Chrysler Concorde?
The 5801600 is designed for vehicles equipped with a 2" receiver hitch and would not fit to your Concords 1-1/4" receiver hitch.

Will this work on a 95 full size bronco with spare tire on the back?

The total weight of the system is 82 lbs. The carrier is 52 lbs. and the ramp alone is 30 lbs.
Does it fold to a vertical position when not in use?
The system does not fold. The ramp itself does fold into the system, but, the system does not fold or tilt. Please review the provided install guide to see how the ramp folds.
