will this fit on a 2005 Subaru forrester+

I would like to know if it is for wheelchairs only or i can put baggage to like for example 6 bags of 50 pounds on it?

The 5801600 has open spaces between the side rail frame that may allow smaller bags to fall out during a trip.

For your example, please see the M2200 Carpod Carrier. The Carpod Carrier is perfect for carrying a variety of shapes, sizes and weights.

Can the appropriate hitch and this lift be installed on a 2003 Chrysler Concorde?

The 5801600 is designed for vehicles equipped with a 2" receiver hitch and would not fit to your Concords 1-1/4" receiver hitch.

"The 5801600 transporter system will fit your 1995 Ford Bronco if equipped with a 2 inch receiver hitch. The 5801600 platform will be close to level with the step on your vehicles rear bumper and will sit approximately 3 to 4 inches beyond the rear bumpers edge."

The total weight of the system is 82 lbs. The carrier is 52 lbs. and the ramp alone is 30 lbs.

The system does not fold. The ramp itself does fold into the system, but, the system does not fold or tilt. Please review the provided install guide to see how the ramp folds.
