Will this wire harness fit a 2016 Toyota Highlander Limit?

On a 2018 Toyota Hylander, I am getting a computer error code, something about "pre-collision see dealer" when I plug into the harness plug at rear. I've tried other similar product with same result. Un plug the converter, problem seems to correct itself. I also noticed on Left Turn, for example, I get a slight rt side pl flash...any ideas on this?

What is the Zero Contact Interface Universal ModuLite wiring type? Is it a better option to use on a 2012 highlander than the CQT118449 kit?
