Hello, I plan on towing my 2007 Honda Accord behind the 17' U-Haul truck using the tow dolly. Would like clarification on the requirement for vehicle-in-tow rear-end lighting. The tow dolly users instruction states, "Even though the tow dolly has operating lights the law requires that a vehicle-in-tow rear-end be equipped with functioning stop, turn and running lights. Detachable vehicle-in-tow towing lights can be purchased at your U-Haul Center or dealer." Asked a couple of Customer Service personnel if these detachable lights are normally in-stock or do I need to order them. The first guy didn't know what I was talking about, and the second said I didn't need them. "There are working lights on the truck and tow dolley." Please clarify for me. Do I need the detachable lights or not. Thanks
