Where are the plugs located on a 2023 U-Haul truck

What is the inside diameter of the 7 blade part of the 7blade, 4flat adaptor? I have the female version of the 7-blade and it's outer diameter is 1 5/8".

The 40950 will fit to the 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee OEM tow package outlet. Some models may require additional tow package programming support from the auto dealer.
