Everything in the box arrived undamaged

Tried to cancel the order because it was on backorder and you sent it anyway.i needed it at same time as hitch so I canceled the wiring and orderd from someone else. Couldn't get intouch with anyone on phone and obviously using the website didn't work.

The wiring set is well made and it comes with the instructions with clear pictures to show you how to DIY. However, if you follow them to the 't', you'd have to remove the body panels or carpet to route the wire inside the car. If you want to save the trouble, route the wire through the under panels, then feed it through the drain hole in the spare time area. This trick is from the instructions installing the wiring on my old Pontiac Vibe. As long as you carefully route your wire to limit the exposure to the elements, it should be fine. Good product, great price. 5 Stars

I am looking to have this installed by U-Haul on a 2013 AWD CX5 Grand Touring,. Post installation, is the 4-flat connector mounted externally next to the receiver hitch? Also, does the installation include a connection to the main CX5 vehicle battery?

Hello, Ben! Here at U-Haul, the customer is the boss! We will mount the 4-flat externally next to the receiver hitch using a 4-flat bracket if that is what you prefer. I hope that is helpful!
