Equipment windows needed to be alittle cleaner, as well as outside mirrors. Rented form U-Haul a few time always had a pleasant experience.

Overall a very good experience. The truck itself had a driver door that would not close all the way and made some odd noises, when turning at slow speeds.

A suggestion for even the website. If someone is doing a cross country trip like myself, recommend the big truck with cruise control. Ask better questions for how much items you have. The 20ft truck was NOT big enough for a small 2 bedroom house.

The truck was old, loud, sluggish and a gas guzzler. Needs to be replaced with a newer model with a better motor.The office staff is excellent, friendly and honest.

I liked the cargo van, being smaller and more maneuverable than a truck but still pretty capable. A big perk too was how professional and friendly the staff were at this location. Very easy to work with and everything was set to go when I aarived.

The only complaint I have is that the van I rented had a sliding door on the right side of the vehicle that was very difficult to open and then to close all the way. Several times I had to try 2 or 3 times to get the result I wanted. It was a fairly new vehicle so everything else was great!

10ft truck I received could use a tune-up. Steering wheel shook consistently - quite vigorously. Also had a whining belt sound. Easy in and out. I always recommend the same item: every vehicle should be full of fuel and returned full.

I have been very pleased with the staff. I have used this U-Haul location to purchase packingmovingstorage supplies and rent a truck. A soft suggestion would be to increase the number of staff personnel. It sometimes gets busy when customers visit after getting off from work around 56 pm.

Excellent customer service. The trucks check engine light was on and the tire light was on, but the truck worked well enough to get me moved. Jorge was really nice and workable about changing the date when I was too ill to move.

Overall I had a great experience. My only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 stars is because my particular rental the battery seemed weak. When the turning the key the truck would pause then start. Otherwise very great experience, would rent from Uhaul again.

This location is my favorite, the owners are prompt, well organized and great communication. The trucks are clean and well equipt. This is a much better location in Yucca Valley than other options in my opinion

Ensure all components are lifecycled, repaired, or replace. Part of auto transport wheel well was broken upon receipt, making securing more difficult than needed. Vehicle was clean and serviceable.

I would suggest double checking he vehicles for cleanliness and any malfunctions after each form of use just so the next customer doesnt feel like theyve damaged anything or feel at fault for the previous use of the U-Haul vehicles. Overall very good customer service and attentiveness.
