"This was an excellent experience, Debbie was SO nice! The instructions were followed perfectly. The only feedback I have is I didnt need the pads and I had to use up some space to put them in the container. I wish there was an option to not have pads included. Thanks!"

"I might have missed where this was mentioned, but I was not aware that I had to buy my own lock for the u-haul container. But other than that, it was a good experience! Definitely get more boxes than one if you are moving furniture. They are not huge, but the dimensions are listed on the website. "
