This U-Haul place in Lansing is extremely good. They will provide the customer with a live map when U-Box deliverypickup to track the location of their truck. I will highly recommend it to anyone who needs the service.

Honestly what occurred in my situation was a honest human mistake, however Ms.Kelly and Ms. Taylor was very helpful in resolving the issue and getting my container to me the next day. I will use the services again.

If anything, I got too many furniture pads, but it was better to have too many than too few. Opening and closing the box was a bit tricky; I think I had an older style, but I was very pleased with the experience overall. It was easy and affordable.

Everything from the delivery of the box in Austin, all the way through the retrieval in Denver was wonderful! On time and even early. The reminders were very helpful and every single person I spoke to was kind and professional.

The Leesburg team was very professional, keeping me informed via text and phone throughout the process. AThe New Haven team did a good job, however, they held the U-Box for 5 days after it arrived in New Haven, CT, before transporting it to my home.

I like that U-Box fits in a vehicle parking space, doesnt need high clearance and comes with furniture pads. Scheduling was effective, flexible. The only thing I would change is to not call customers before 8AM, when they are sleeping.

I dont normally write reviews but I have to say U-Haul Box and all the employees I had contact with her excellent. I was skeptical at first but everything went way better than I could have expected. I would 100 recommend a U-Haul Box over a POD or Pack Rat anyday. Very impressed with everything.

The smell inside the box was OVERWHELMING when first delivered to be loaded. I had such a a bad headache and had to take breaks and let it air out. Besides that, the service was incredibly helpful for my move to a new state.

Make sure to discern between shipping and accessing containers BEFORE the customer arrives on site. A customer should not have to wait an hour to get access to their containers especially when they scheduled access a week in advance.

We picked up and transported the containers ourself but the services received were very good and courteous. The Fargo manager, Bradley Parks, was excellent, knowledgeable, and provided great customer service. In todays world, you are lucky to have him in Fargo!

I had a great experience using uhaul to transport my stuff from Texas to Oregon . Much better experience than PODs container, which took longer than anticipated, did not communicate with us, and my stuff arrived so dirty from transport. Definitely recommend uhaul .

only minor complaint is I had emptied containers early and called to request earlier pick up of empty pods and was told no drivers available. When driver arrived on original scheduled date I was told that they were available on the earlier days that I have requested. Otherwise service was 5 stars

The moving companies that loaded and unloaded the Uboxes were wonderful. The best thing was we didnt have to drive a U-haul truck across the country.

Great service. Staff managed a late delivery change on a Sunday. The delivery drivers were friendly, informative, and good at maneuvering the containers in difficult spots.

despite a number of obstacles that werent their fault the staff at this location bent over backwards to make sure that my u-boxes were delivered and recovered in a timely manner. I hope we dont move again soon, but if we do I wont hesitate to use u-boxes again.

It would be helpful if U-Haul would let customers know that they need 24 hour notice to retrieve a U-box.Thankfully the staff at this location in Grand Junction were very accommodating and got my box for me same day.

My guaranted arrival day was 72 but arrived 75 actually. Arrival time was delayed as well. On the day, the given time slot was 8:3010:30 but arrived nearly at noon. But they adjusted pick up date for empty boxes from 710 to 78 upon my request. I appreciate it.

Awesome experience!!! Everything was the way it was explained including the cost! We called the other well known company, what a scam! I would strongly recommend anyone moving and needing containers to call U HAUL!

My stuff arrived safely, I packed it all myself and all the staff gave great instruction on how to load them and how to even out the weight. All of it arrived on time and they were very flexible when I had to change times and dates.

We have used the Ubox twice. We got more in there than we anticipated, and nothing was broken or damaged for both trips. The destination was on a dirt road, so care had to be taken to handle the last mile. The Ubox was stored indoors too. Very happy with my experience.

I appreciate this store for picking up and being available when the other westside store did not have a u box ready. I would not rate this store poorly, but I want to acknowledge that I had pickup at another location and my driver was there for two hours before they said go to another location.
