\"bubbleStep 1:<\/strong>\u00a0Buy medium to large-sized bubble wrap at your local moving supply store<\/p>\n

Step 2:<\/strong>\u00a0Cut the bubble wrap to the size of the window pane with scissors<\/p>\n

Step 3<\/strong> – Fill\u00a0an old spray bottle with water and spray the entire surface of the window<\/p>\n

Step 4:<\/strong>\u00a0While the window is still wet, apply bubble wrap and press to the window with the bubble side towards the glass until it sticks<\/p>\n

Step 5:<\/strong>\u00a0To ensure that the bubble wrap stays in place, use foil sealant tape<\/a> to seal the seams and to provide maximum insulation<\/p>\n

This method is especially effective\u00a0for snowy areas during the winter, and desert areas in the summer.\u00a0\u00a0By following these steps, you can save up to $200 each season! Save the bubble wrap for future use\u00a0by numbering\u00a0each piece with a number in the upper-left corner. This way, you know exactly where each piece goes and which way to apply it.<\/p>\n

If you are looking to further increase efficiency, install double-pane windows, replace aluminum frames with vinyl, and open or close blinds to let in or keep out natural heat.<\/p>\n
