Once your moving boxes<\/a> are unpacked, it\u2019s time to decorate! One of the best ways to decorate your living space on a budget is to add posters to your walls. Whether they are in a frame or simply placed on the wall, that touch of color and personality can be exactly what you need in an otherwise blank space. But when it comes time to move from one place to another, what do you do with all those posters you love so much?<\/p>\n

With Frames<\/h3>\n

If your poster is in a frame, treat it as you would a piece of art. Use a picture-moving kit<\/a> to keep the corners of the frame protected and wrap with shrink wrap to keep the glass from cracking during your move.<\/p>\n

Without Frames<\/h3>\n

\"IMG_1058b\"If you don\u2019t have your posters in a frame, a poster tube<\/a> is a must. Here are a few simple steps to follow to make sure your poster
\nstays in good condition.<\/p>\n

  1. Lay your poster down on a hard surface with the picture side of the poster facing up.<\/li>\n
  2. Slowly roll the poster from one end to the other. Be sure to roll it tightly enough so that it can fit inside your poster tube.<\/li>\n
  3. Once your poster is rolled, place a piece of clear tape on the open seam to keep it from unrolling.<\/li>\n
  4. Place the rolled poster into the poster tube.<\/li>\n
  5. Now you have a poster that will be preserved during your move or in your climate-controlled storage<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \"IMG_1055\"When you unroll your poster at your new place, it may need help becoming flat again. To do this, lay your poster down on a hard surface and place light weights, such as books, on the edges. Leave the weighted items on the corners for a couple hours and then your poster will be ready to hang again, as good as new!<\/p>\n
