With the temperatures rising, Spring is the perfect time of the year to travel to new cities and explore their bike trails. This list of the best bike trails for this Spring includes trails for mountain bikes, cruiser and road bikes.<\/p>\n

Ohio to Erie Trail<\/h4>\n

This 262 mile trail runs from Cleveland to\u00a0Cincinnati<\/a> and is appropriate for both mountain bikes and hybrid bikes. This is a great trail if you’re visiting an area and want to take the scenic tour.<\/p>\n

Griffith Park Bike Loop<\/h4>\n

Whether you live in Los Angeles<\/a> or you’re just visiting, this is a must-see trail. Griffith Park is the city’s largest park and it’s absolutely beautiful! The bike trail is nine miles long and you’re able to rent a bike on site if you don’t have your own. While you’re there you can also take some time to visit the Griffith Observatory or The Autry.<\/p>\n

\"Colorado<\/a>The Colorado Trail<\/h4>\n

Here’s a trail for the mountain biking fans. Away from the city of Denver<\/a>, you’re able to explore the mountains surrounding the city. It’s 470 miles of beautiful scenery, but hard work. \u00a0The trail is definitely strenuous and not appropriate for anyone looking for short easy ride.<\/p>\n

Huntington Beach Bike Trail<\/h4>\n

This trail connects Huntington Beach and Newport Beach making it one of the nicest beach trails. You can navigate the trail on your beach cruiser and stop to enjoy the many entertainment options available along this 12.8 mile trail.<\/p>\n

Louisville Riverwalk<\/h4>\n

This eight mile paved trail overlooks the Ohio River and finishes up in downtown Louisville<\/a>. It’s a great trail if you’re looking for something shorter and on a road bike. If \u00a0you’re visiting Louisville, it will allow you to see some of the sights before hitting the downtown life.<\/p>\n

\"Venice<\/a>Venice Boardwalk<\/h4>\n

Only take this bike ride if you can handle large crowds of people as the Venice Boardwalk is a popular tourist and local destination, but with good reason. Although this is a short ride, three miles, you’ll find that it’s a very interesting one – you never know what characters will be out that day!<\/p>\n

If these trails aren’t near you take this as opportunity to explore a new location. You can choose to drive to your favorite trails and bring your bikes along on a bike rack<\/a>. But, don’t worry if you don’t own a bike. Most of these trails allow you to rent a bike on site!<\/p>\n
