Downtown and Sundance Square<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to Livability.com<\/a>, in 2014, Fort Worth had the best downtown scene in the country.\u00a0 Sundance Square is a large shopping and entertainment district that features historic buildings and an alluring atmosphere set among soaring skyscrapers. It\u2019s a popular and up-and-coming neighborhood that is perfect for new residents because it offers so much to do and provides an opportunity to meet new people.<\/p>\n

Fairmount\/Southside<\/strong><\/p>\n

Two miles south of Downtown lies the Fairmount-Southside Historic District, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.\u00a0 This neighborhood offers an eclectic urban and artistic community set among bungalows and early 20th<\/sup> Century architecture.<\/p>\n

Berkeley, Mistletoe Heights, Park Hill<\/strong><\/p>\n

These are beautiful and affluent neighborhoods near Texas Christian University and offer single-family homes.<\/p>\n

Texas summers are very hot and humid, so try to avoid moving during this season. Additionally, it\u2019s wise to remember that Fort Worth sits in the direct path of \u201cTornado Alley\u201d with peak action between late spring and late summer. Economy and Education<\/h4>\n

There are several major corporations based in Fort Worth, including American Airlines Group, Pier 1 Imports, and RadioShack. Also, Naval Air Station Fort Worth Joint Reserve Base is one of Fort Worth\u2019s top employers, with over 11,000 employees.<\/p>\n

Fort Worth has many choices for higher education. Texas Christian University<\/a>, University of North Texas Health Science Center<\/a> and Texas A&M University School of Law<\/a> are just a few of the many educational choices.<\/p>\n
