There was no customer service. All attempts to contact JNM Mangement were unsuccessful. No U-Haul agent was present on site, even though an over-the-counter rental was requested. The requested equipment was not available. Addition requested equipment rented from a different vendor to complete move. Too much emphasis is put on using the APP by this company and not on face-to-face customer service. COVID is over let get back to good old customer service!!!!

The only concern was the tire pressure sensor light that was on, but other than that...it was a pleasure renting at this location. A+++

This will be my last time using U-Haul. I complained to them once I completed my ride that I was wrongly charged for the miles I drove and they still charged me the wrong amount. Never again
