ANTHONY SDispute Statement – Fuel Overcharge The truck was provided to me with the fuel gauge showing close to the ¼-tank mark. However, while I was still in the office, Gilbert stated that the truck had just under ½ a tank of gas when he handed me the keys. When I entered the truck, I immediately noticed that the fuel level was actually near the ¼-tank mark, not ½ a tank. I took a photo of the fuel gauge at pickup and departed because I was in a hurry. I returned the truck the same day, close to midnight. Anticipating a potential issue regarding fuel, I took another photo of the fuel gauge at drop-off. The following day, I was charged $35.78 for 5 gallons of fuel. I contacted the store and spoke with Gilbert, who requested that I text him the photos documenting the fuel level at pickup and return. After reviewing the photos, he called me back and advised me not to worry, stating that the fuel charge was an overcharge and that he would issue a refund immediately. Regardless of any internal delay or issue on their end, I was explicitly informed that this charge would be refunded. I am therefore requesting that they honor their acknowledgment and process the promised refund. As of today, the following day, the $35.78 overcharge has not been credited.

MARLENE LI will never rent from this uhaul again, their custoer service was horrible, it was like pulling teeth. They had the nerve to charge me a cleaning fee, it was dusty yes when i returned it and i asked if i could get a broom to clean and he said he would still have to charge me.... WTH

RANDY BDon't know why you're requiring employment, contact, and other such information. Perhaps you could give a more detailed explanation instead of just saying "that's just the way it is." Viewing all customers through a lens of distrust is bothersome...especially without sufficient explanation.

ROY SThe workers where honestly really rude and didn’t want to give me the trailer at first because i was “too young” according to them ( i am 20 years old and have rented trailers from u-haul before) i rented the trailer for 2 days as they clearly said i can’t drop off equipment after hours and i live 3 hours from this location i got there a day early to drop off the trailer at 4:55pm and they didn’t want to receive it because it was 5 minutes away from closing. i would not go back at all to these guys.

JEREMIAH BI was asked how many miles I was going to use the rental for. It was local, I didn't know how many miles. I didn't know that I would be charged based on my guess. I ended up using half of what I estimated. Oh well live and learn. Home Depot rents trucks too.

JAHZELL RWe were super lucky and scored a 26’ truck with only 65 miles on it. So it was a new truck in pristine condition. No problems at all with the trip. Staff was super friendly and very clear with the details of my trip and the mileage that was allowed under my rental agreement. I am very satisfied with my experience. They do not give you full tanks anymore so we recieved it with about a 1/4 tank of gas. Filling the tank was fun but we did it. So be prepared for that.

Lynelle LI tried to do the process of returning the vehicle but the barcode that I was told to scan only led to the app and nothing else. I skimmed through the app and couldn't find the steps to take for the full process of dropping off the truck. I googled it and it said to use the app which wasn't helping. I eventually tried to call customer support but the wait time was up to 30 minutes when I attempted to call but I was very busy and couldn't wait. I don't know what was up with the app but hope its fixed at some point.

LOUIS VThe person was in charge of the equipment. It was really rude at the drop off time. He wanted to charge me an other day because I passed 15 minutes after the hour I supposed to drop the trailer. I explained him what was my reason I was coming back from work and I got stuck in traffic and it seems like he don't care. He just told me he was gonna be build me another BOL for additional $49 for the rental because I pass 15 minutes and I consider it an other day. A rental even I drop the trailer on the same day. I don't recommend this place and I don't ever rent another equipment for this place.
