I'd say the only issue we noted was the lock on the rear pull down was worn, It did not need a key to function, maybe just fixing that. Otherwise nothing to fix. The lady that works there is kind and helps you get in and out to do what you need to do.

So my husband had to remove or release the latch out from the both tires, remove the chains off from the underneath our Toyota 4 Runners. Then other worker did remove the trailer out of the uhaul truck hook up. Whew! We were okay! So relieve…….thank you!

OCTAVIO R.The worst customer service EVER! Employee told me to come in but door was locked. When I asked about it he answered (in a very rude manner) he would open it. Employee had no tools to tighten the tow ball in my hitch, and simply said (in a rude manner) the tools are locked up and he didn't have the keys. I also needed a locking pin for the hitch, and adaptor to kook up the lights. The employee explained he didn't have any for sale (said in a very rude manner). I will NEVER, EVER rent from UHaul again. I can rent from Orbit rentals in Santa Fe Springs.

ANGELA M L.I originally requested a vehicle from a location close to my house. 24/7 self rent. Made the reservation. Few days later I get notified that my location does not have that option for self rent. I got transferred to a new location that offered self rent / key pick up. No human contact. That was not the case. My pick up time was for 9am. Logged to uhauls website. Did not allow to pick. Location does not offer. Location was closed. Opened at 10am. Horrible experience

DIANA C.I had requested a appliance dolly with the 26ft truck when i picked up truck I asked about the dolly to employee he said he didn't have any but there was about 5 sitting in the shop. I ask how about 1 of those he said they had to be inspected so I said well can you inspect it so I can rent it. He said no employee did not even tried to look for one for me at a near by store which i feel he should tryed to make this rental right as that was in my rental agreement when i placed order online . with out the dolly this really made my move really difficult I thought uhaul model is rent from us for a easy move well it wasn't
