Cyril LThe girl at the counter was very unfriendly. Never did the attendent ask how she could help, say thank you, or even make eye contact. When she asked for payment, I handed her my card only to have it set on the counter. When I explained that I was told I could rent a ball hitch, she replied that she didn't have any. Never offed that I purchase one. I only saw them on the rack and asked if they were for sale. I than asked if I could purchase one. She was very condescending. I don't normally leave negative feedback, but as a person who retired in customer service, I would want to know. This person could be brand damaging. Best regards.

Joshua KI had to run to 3 different locations even with having an appointment to pick up the tow dolly. 1st location, dolly was there but no one was there to assist. Was referred out to 2nd location since he was on break. 2nd location did not have the tow dolly. Was then sent to this location to pick up and they had 4 available. I wished it wouldn't make me run around, loss a lot of time and it was frustrating

MARCO ATrying to set up a rental on the phone didn't work. I called two other locations and no one answered. There was no "Please hold and we'll answer your call in the order it was received". It just kept ringing. And I couldn't find a way to reserve a truck online. I don't understand how U-Haul can continue to operate like that. I ended up just going to one location hoping a truck would be available. It wasn't, but they were able to send me to a location nearby from which I rented truck. Everything after that point was great. But up until that point it was extremely frustrating. I'll be looking for another truck rental company in my area that I can communicate with by phone or internet. I feel like U-Haul, as a national company, does not want my business.

TAMMY JOverall the truck was ok, however the pedals in the U-Haul was off to me I had to position my self in a way that was uncomfortable to hit the gas and brakes. Also the truck was shaking really hard on the freeway.

SONEY VDon’t know what a fifty dollar purchase was for but this needs the attention of the general manager I never bought anything from U-Haul and I think my card was used without my permission in regards to to this fifty dollar purchase I’m completely unaware of.

NATALIE CGreat location and big lot. I was confused on which way to go and where to park the truck. I gone into the office/store and they said they will take it from there. She printed my receipt and off I go.
KENNETH VWhen I went to drop off U-Haul here I was told that's not supposed to be dropped off here that I'm supposed to be dropped off somewhere else however on my invoices shows that it's being returned at this location on El Camino but they told me that I would have received an email or text message of the new drop off location but I never check my emails that often or my text messages someone would have to call me directly to confirm this kind of a change I didn't see it so I was told I was going to get charged an extra day to leave it there so I was overcharged because of a mistake from U-Haul not confirming that I would drop it off at the other location. I won't be using this location and certainly won't be telling others to use it either

VERNITA JMy truck had a starter problem and I almost got stranded in Bakersfield driving from Sacramento to LA. When I called this location for help, I was given attitude and when I asked for her name just for documentation purposes, she hung up on me. Awful customer service. I called back and she didn’t answer. Moving is already stressful but add terrible customer service and a broken truck makes for a miserable experience
