Many times the month got away from me, and I needed reminders that I had yet to pay, he would send me a polite message usually 3 or 4 days after rent was due to remind me, and was always very nice. When I told him I would be leaving due to deployment, he wished my family and I well, and thanked me for being such a good tenant. I will definitely rent from him if I find myself needing a unit again.
