I used the storage for 2 weeks I told them 6 times that I moved out why they still been trying to charge me and told me that if I didn't pay them for four months that I didn't have the storage that they would put it on my credit is just crazy I would never use them again and if I didn't need them for the 2 weeks I wouldn't I saw the reviews and they was all bad but I was thinking for 2 weeks what could go wrong

Comandi S | Overall ExperienceOnly issue I ever had was the lack of easy access to a dumpster. I believe all tenants who are paying a monthly price should be allowed to use the dumpster on the property. Otherwise it was a fine 4 years
BRITTA L | Overall ExperienceI rented multiple units from this place. First unit we rented we had to wait to get into because Tina didn’t leave her keys at the facility like she was supposed to. They also called me 2 weeks after I rented it trying to charge me more money that wasn’t due. We rented another two eventually and Tina made us buy 2 different locks that weren’t even needed. The staff there isn’t friendly nor helpful. Tina cusses at customers and is very unprofessional. I would never recommend this facility to anyone. 1/5 stars if I could give no stars I would.
