Charles L | Overall ExperienceExcellent experience! The staff made it easy for our movers to enter our unit while we were out of state. Gail was so helpful when I called. My only suggestion would be to have an area to stack pallets. It was a lot of work to go to L & M to buy pallets and then lose a deposit due to the pallets needing to be left in the unit as our movers did not need them and we were out of state.

We found a wet, dirty unit when we went there this spring. The security gate was out of commission for an extended period of time….again with no notification. We found out when we went to our storage unit.
