Chad G | Overall ExperienceGated access, a fenced and lighted lot, video surveillance, and on-site management were the criteria we used to select Highway 10. However, the saying, “it’s not always as it appears” holds true with our experience here. Living hours away from Little Rock, we decided to store our camper between two planned visits. We toured several storage locations and ultimately selected Highway 10 because of the safety features. We dropped our camper off April 9th, installing two locks on the trailer’s tongue. Scotty assured us he would closely monitor it by walking the lot daily and regularly observing the surveillance monitor. As additional assurance, he would attach a complementary wheel boot to the camper. We told him we would return at the end of May to pick the camper up. On May 18th, we received an email informing us that our lease had been terminated. We immediately called Scotty and were informed that our camper was no longer on the property. In fact, it had been “removed” from the lot sometime during the first part of May. We promptly contacted the police and requested Scotty review the video surveillance tapes in the meantime. Much to our surprise, the tapes were only kept for 7 days and for some reason, he chose not to put the complementary wheel boot on the camper. Undoubtedly, both could have identified/deterred the thief. Now, after spending two months working with the police and the insurance company, we have concluded that our camper will not be recovered. If you choose to rent at this facility, please be aware that the advertised features are misleading.
