mitchell b | Overall ExperiencePossessions were safe & secure. Always felt personally safe when going in & out of the storage area. . Only problem was upon moving out discovered rats or mice had feasted on a stored rug. I had stored the rolled up rug on the floor of unit & not elevated it. There were no other damages.

I can call and they are always willing to answer any question and help me with U-Haul rentals as well as any storage issues that came up. At one time I had 3 storages with the company so this review is solely from my experience in the last 15 month working with Whites. I would not rent from anyone else due to the customer service I received with them! I give this location 5 starts that are well deserved.

Frankly, I was afraid to take the boxes home in fear that I would transport roaches and bugs from the storage space to my home. Frankly, that would be a major negative consideration if I decided to use or recommend your facility in the future. Otherwise, the experience was good.
