David P | Overall ExperiencePositives: The storage facility was within sight of what I believe was the owner's home, which added even more comfort. The unit was clean and the grounds were well maintained. There was plenty of room to maneuver a 26' moving truck with a 12' trailer behind it into the storage lot and all the way around the units. There was also an outdoor light that comes on after dark which helped when things carried into the evening hours. The owner was very responsive and a pleasure to work with over the phone. Negatives: The only negative thing was there was mice in the unit. I believe they travel between the units through the drainage channel that runs along the base of the doors. I layed traps and caught a few right at these points of entry. I understand the drainage channel is necessary and mice are a realistic possibility, especially in rural areas, so it is what it is. Other than that, everything else was great.
