Alia M | Overall ExperienceUnfortunately, my responses do not accurately reflect the intended meaning due to the wording of the questions. For these questions: Were the office and facility ACCESS hours Convenient? NO, the office was not easily accessible as no one was there on any visit. We had to deal by phone. However, the facility access hours were indeed convenient so that is YES. Was the staff friendly and helpful? The same applies - no one was on-site, so that would be a 'NO', but the phone support was very helpful, so that is a 'YES'.

Troy T | Overall ExperienceThieves. I rented 2 units from them for 3 years each. When I closed the first unit, I had to remind them many times as they still charged me well after being told it was cleaned out long before the first. Then I closed the second unit. I gave them 5 days notice before I was to be charged and they still charged me. Knowing they often "forget" to stop charging tenants, l immediately emailed them again to remind them l'd let them know yet again in advance that l'd closed a unit and wasn't to be charged. They refuse to credit me back the $399 they stole from me and will not answer the phone, or return any calls or emails. My husband went in person after 2 weeks and they agreed to credit back the account only to not follow through and continuously dodge calls, texts and emails. Bad business. Also, there's a staggering, increasing level of people living there in their storage units. There was one guy living directly across from my unit who is a convicted killer. It is very unsafe for families to go at anytime to get our own belongings.

Tobias H | Overall ExperienceThe storage facility was excellent I had no problems with my unit. However, the person I would always talk to seemed to never be able to process my credit card. After numerous attempts, they would then ensue it was my fault. I offered to show up to the building to resolve this issue and it felt like that was a hassle for them because they did not want to meet up. This was my personal experience, and I did feel that the facility was great my stuff was never stolen and it was easy enough to access. I just wish they had better staffing
