I cancelled the storage, we rode by and there are people living in them and we did not feel safe to leave what we had planned. I hope this was removed from the cost since we did not use the storage.

DEANNE C | ReservationIf I hadn’t been in a bind for time and resources when I was needing to move in, I would not have chosen this storage facility. When picking out my unit, it was very difficult to find one without structural damage. I had to end up choosing one that had the least damage to the ceiling, but was still damaged. My unit had tears in the material on the top of the unit, exposing insulation. There were many units that were trashed out and looked as thought people were living in it. A couple months into storing my things, mine, as well as other units, were broken into and robbed. I was told all they could do about my things was bug the police to find whoever stole our stuff. Would not recommend.
