I canceled the reservation after visiting the facility prior to moving my possessions into it. After seeing the location and poor condition of the facility I determined that my property would not be safe at that facility.

Johnny M | ReservationHeather has been nice the whole time I have dealt with her since she came on board. She has really spruced up the front area. She is always friendly and kind. They have improved the road a bunch not bad ruts like when I first rented.

Have been calling the number we had on record before heading back over to the storage office thinking that the number has been changed but nope same number and no answer. We’ve been up there five times already and no one is there during office hours.
