Had one little incident. It came a storm right after I moved into the unit. Water blew under the door and things sitting on the floor within 2-3 feet inside the door got wet. Nothing was damaged…but the bottom of all my totes and boxes that were there in front got soaked on the bottom. May want o check the seal at the bottom of the door. Only happened that once….all my things in front were in totes or things in the boxes there happened to be plastic and were not damaged.
