The location was fantastic, but the online application and website are nearly unusable, and support agents are far less than helpful. I’ll definitely be using another truck rental service to bypass U-Haul’s interface in the future.

Great spot
NICHOLAS CThe only challenge is that cell service at this site only has 1-2 bars so, using the app can take time more than other places.
Mike HRustic Roost is my preferred. Other places are grumpy and act like youre a bad guy. Everyone at TRR is super nice, helpful, and always gets me on my way. Their fun shop is also great atmosphere while you peruse. The UHaul app is okay too. Not great, but live customer service that can help is a huge win. Thanks!
