I never moved in and was charged $40. Could you please refund the monies that I believe was mistakenly charged. I filled out the survey, however I never went inside. I cancelled my spot before I moved in. Asked for a certain date as my move in and the paperwork had a different date. Asked the gentleman to change the start date of my move in and he couldn't seem to get it done. Refunded my deposit and then charged me again.
