This facility is a bit outdated, but I never had any issues with the security of keeping my stuff there, Jody is fantastic and responded well if I had a question or any issues, pretty good for someone that is a full time mom and taking care of your guys' facilities, she deserves a raise🤑😉

I ask 3 times for next size and she wont respond. I had to keep asking for next size. She clearly did not care for service she was very rude and ignorant. No I i will never revomend to any one this place was mot a good experience. Citing that if i dont wanted they are other want to rented. Clearly she avoided my question

They never called to tell me about this and when I finally was able to get ahold of the office. She just said she would check my file. They also just shut the door to my unit and didn’t even attempt to resecure my outdoor unit! I made a police report, they said this happens all of the time here and they never contact the police. I’m very disappointed with this business. I definitely would not recommend using this facility. The people were nice, but that doesn’t outweigh their incompetence.
