Elizabeth H | Overall ExperienceI had 2 units and moved out of one in October and was in the process when the office girl came by doing lock checks. I mentioned we were moving out and asked if I needed to leave the lock on and call and was told no, we do a lock check every day. So when I moved out of the 2nd unit in November I left it with no lock and didn't call. The office called me in December to check if I moved out and I explained what the girl said and found out that they didn't register me as having moved out in November and charged me for December and would not refund. She said they had new people, but that is no excuse. If they did lock checks everyday why didn't they see my lock missing. Not happy about that.
